Thursday, April 11, 2013. Seattle Washington USA -- Seattle -- Private inventor, Thomas C. Veatch, Ph.D., has asserted trademark status for "Siddhasana™ Meditation Seat". Dr. Veatch's unique seat design is already patent pending under the title, "A Cross Legged Sitting Device".

With a distinctive and memorable trade name for seats licensed under this pending patent, consumers can reliably and quickly recognize that they are dealing with a legal, licensed product.

Veatch says, "This unique name is especially targetted at the yoga market, in which the use of terms borrowed from the Sanskrit is both common and prestigious. In Sanskrit, 'Siddha' means 'perfect' or 'perfected', while 'asana' means 'posture'."

Cindy Anne of agirlsroom.com, presently in negotations with Sprex LLC for retail distribution of the product, says, "Siddhasana means magic. And it is magical. The siddhasana.com domain name has been purchased from GoDaddy.com, and a minimal website is already up and functional.
